HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT:

Step 1:

Raise a return/replacement request within 30 days of delivery in case of:

Incorrect item delivered

Manufacturing defect or faulty item

Item damaged during transit (reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/video)

All requests must be supported with clear unboxing images/videos and are subject to quality inspection and verification by Koura.

Raise your request by emailing info@kouradiamondjewelry.com with your order details and concern. You can also connect with us through our website chat support.

Step 2:

After the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

Step 3:

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4:

If reverse pickup service is not available in your area, kindly ship the product back via a reliable courier.

Step 5:

Once received, the item will be inspected. If the claim is valid, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund based on stock availability.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Expired/faulty product

  • Physically damaged product or tampered packaging

  • Incomplete or missing items


NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT:

  • Used, altered, or worn products

  • Original packaging, certificates, tags, or invoice missing

  • Request made after the 30-day or 2-day window (as applicable)


REFUNDS FOR PREPAID ORDERS:

We process refunds under the following conditions:

  • Order cancellation before shipment: If your order hasn't been dispatched, email kouradiamondjewelry@gmail.com with your order details and reason. Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Product unavailability: If an item becomes unavailable after order placement due to a technical error, we will inform you and process a full refund.

  • Return to Origin (RTO): If a prepaid order is returned undelivered and confirmed by you, we will refund the amount to your original payment source.

REPLACEMENTS CAN BE INITIATED IF:

Reported within 5–7 days of delivery at kouradiamondjewelry@gmail.com:

  • Received wrong or expired item – send clear product images along with your order number.

  • Incomplete order – share details of missing items.

  • Damaged product – share pictures of the packaging and product.

  • Shipment marked delivered but not received – contact us after checking with building security and nearby areas.


IMPORTANT TERMS:

  • Returns accepted only within 30 days of delivery.

  • Jewelry must be returned in original condition with certificates, tags, invoice, and packaging.

  • Partially returned sets or kits will not be accepted.

  • Promotional discounts will not be refunded.

  • Free gifts or sample products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed directly on www.kourasilver.com.

  • Orders from authorized resellers/marketplaces must be addressed through those platforms.
