Return & Replacement Policy

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

When can you return/replace a product?

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Incomplete order (missing items)

  • Manufacturing defect

When return/replacement will NOT be accepted:

  • Product has been used, worn, or altered

  • Original packaging (box, tags, certificates, invoice) is missing

  • Request is raised after 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Damages caused due to mishandling after delivery


How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request

Step 1: Email us at info@kouradiamondjewelry.com within:

  • 7 days of delivery for issues such as incorrect, damaged, or defective items

  • 2 days in case of missing items

Include your order number, contact details, and clear images (if applicable).

Step 2: Allow us 2 working days to evaluate your request.

Step 3: If approved, we will schedule a pickup through our courier partner.
In case pickup service is unavailable in your area, we’ll request you to self-ship via any trusted courier. Courier charges will be reimbursed to your bank account or UPI.

Step 4: Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will initiate a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund as applicable.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation (before it is shipped)

  • Product unavailable after order placement

  • Returned items verified for eligibility

  • Prepaid orders returned to origin after delivery failure

Note: If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after our confirmation, kindly check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@kouradiamondjewelry.com.


Important Terms & Conditions

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the jewelry is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all tags, certificates, and invoices.

  • Custom-made and engraved pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Gifted items (without original invoice or order ID) are not eligible for returns.

  • Shipping delays due to courier partners or unforeseen events do not qualify for refunds.

  • Items purchased from third-party marketplaces or resellers will not be covered under this policy. Please contact the seller directly.
