All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, your shipment may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone in case of significant delays.

3. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors.

3.1 Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

3.2 International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our delivery coverage and appreciate your patience.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to reflect in the courier system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Koura Diamond Jewelry is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed on your shipment. Any such charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Damages During Transit

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact the courier service to file a claim. Retain all packaging material and the damaged product(s) for the claim process.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability at the delivery location:

  • You will be contacted for an updated address

  • Reshipping charges will be applicable and must be paid in advance
